Good shout on the poster. I've run it by the students and they all prefer the first one so we'll stick with that.
Yup the badge will be square with two rounded edges so the logo fits on it perfectly. Perhaps glow in the dark if they're to be given out at the night-time event?
Perhaps include some non glow in the dark one in the box as well?
20.30's fine mate. When you get to the station go up the stairs to the station tram stop and there'll be two tramlines. Both will go to the Uni so it doesn't matter which one you get on. Get off at the Trent Uni stop, the same one as last time, and i'll meet you there. Call me when you arrive at the train station and I'll set off to the tram stop.
